Require signatures for transactions in the TSYS mobile app

The TSYS Mobile Payment Acceptance app does not automatically require a signature for card transactions unless you turn on the signature feature. This article describes how to turn on the signature feature and set the minimum transaction amount for which signatures are required.

1. Log in to the TSYS Mobile Payment Acceptance app.
2. From the main Enter Payment screen, tap Menu  > Settings.
3. Tap the Signature switch to turn on the signature feature.
4. To change the minimum amount for which signatures are required, tap Not required under and select an amount.
5. Tap Set Required Signature to save the changes.
6. Tap OK to confirm the signature requirement has been set.
7. To return to the main Enter Payment screen, tap Menu  > Start Transaction.
