All transactions processed on the TSYS mobile app or TSYS Merchant Center are automatically settled every day before midnight. However, if you want to settle your transactions earlier in the day, you can log in to the TSYS Merchant Center and manually settle an open batch of transactions.
- Log in to the TSYS Merchant Center .
Important! If you haven’t yet activated your TSYS Merchant Center account, see Set up a TSYS Merchant Center account and mobile device.
- Select Batch Functions > Settle Batch from the navigation menu. If there is an open batch of transactions, the batch summary screen shows a total dollar amount and the number of transactions in the batch.
- Select Submit to settle the batch. You'll see a message that tells you whether the batch is settled. If the batch is not settled, please contact our Client Services team at 800-787-4105.
