This article describes how to email a receipt to a customer for a previously completed transaction.
Tip: If you are currently processing a transaction, you'll be prompted to print or email a receipt when you complete the transaction, which is described in Accept payments in the TSYS mobile app.
- Log in to the TSYS Mobile Payment Acceptance app.
- Tap Menu
> Transactions.
- On the Transaction History screen, find and tap the transaction for which you want to email a receipt.
- On the Transaction Details screen, enter the customer's email address in the Email Receipt field.
- Tap the Email
button to send the receipt.
