Follow these steps to void unsettled credit or signature debit transactions in CHARGE Anywhere's Quick Sale mobile app.
- Log in to the QuickSale app.
- Do you have the transaction's ID number (printed on a receipt) or do you want to find the transaction in the log? Follow the steps below.
To enter a transaction ID from a receipt:
- From the QuickSale screen, tap Transactions > Credit > Void.
- Enter the Transaction ID.
- Tap Actions > Submit.
To find a transaction in the log:
- From the QuickSale screen, tap Logs > Current Day Log.
- Tap the desired transaction.
- Tap Actions > Reversal.
- Tap Yes when you're prompted to confirm the reversal.
- If you enabled receipts, a paper receipt automatically prints if a printer is connected to your mobile device. To email a receipt, enter the customer's email address and tap Send.
