All transactions are automatically settled every day before midnight. However, if you want to manually settle an open batch of transactions, follow the steps below.
- Log in to Transaction Manager

- Click Settlements in the main menu.
- Click the Close Batch button. If there is an open batch of transactions, it will be listed on the Close Batch screen.
- Click the Close Batch link for the batch you want to settle.
You'll see a message that tells you whether the batch is settled. If the batch is not settled, please contact our Client Services team at 800-787-4105.
