Payment Forms on FluidPay

FluidPay Payment Forms:

If you are unable to do the following, please reach out to Client Services to enable your account’s access to Simple Payments at 1-800-787-4105.

1. To create payment link, log in to your FluidPay Dashboard
2. Click on Simple Payments from the sidebar menu. Select ‘Pages’ from the left panel menu.
3. Click Create Simple Payment Page.
   • In General Information:
     • Name – This will be the name of the payment link in your FluidPay Dashboard
     • Description (Optional) – Item Description. This will populate under the Page Title on the Simple Payment page.
     • Page Title – This is what the customer will see atop the Payment Link page.
     • Page slug – This will be end of the URL.
       • *i.e., inputting help-our-church for the page slug, the URL will be yourbusinessname.fluidpay.com/help-our-church
4.  In Background, you can edit upload a custom image and set the background color for your Simple Payment page.
5. In Amount, you can input preset amounts that the customer can choose from as well as toggle on the option for the customer to input their own, custom amount.
6. In Products, you can utilize pre-existing Products from your Shopping Cart.
7. In Recurring Plans, you can utilize pre-existing recurring plans that have been set up under Recurring Billing.
8. In Custom Fields, you can create fields for any additional information you want to collect on a per-transaction basis.
   • You can make each custom field optional or required.
9. Click Create Simple Payment Page.
