Tip Prompts on SwipeSimple Virtual Terminal

To enable tip prompt (adding a tip prompt that appears during the sale process):

  • Log in to SwipeSimple.
  • Go to the Account Settings option in the left panel menu. 
  • Go to Transactions in the left panel menu.
  • Then enable “Prompt for Tip” and set the default tip options that will show up during the transaction.
  • Click Update Settings at the top. 

**Tip Adjustment (adding a tip line on a receipt, that is used to adjust the transaction after the transaction has already been completed) is not available on Virtual Terminal.
