How to Process a Sale on SwipeSimple Virtual Terminal

Credit Sale: 

1. Log in to SwipeSimple.
2. Click on Virtual Terminal in the left panel menu. 
3. Enter the Name on the Card. 
4. Enter the Credit Card Number. 
5. Enter the Expiration Date. 
6. Enter the CVV. 
7. You an optionally add a customer, the address, reference number, or line items as needed.  
   • It is highly recommended to add the billing address for verification. 
8. Enter the amount (if not using line items). 
9. Click Charge. 
   
   

Cash Sale: 

1. Log in to SwipeSimple.
2. Click on Virtual Terminal in the left panel menu. 
3. Click on the Record Cash Payment link on the right at the top. 
4. You an optionally add a customer, reference number, or line items as needed.
5. Enter the amount (if not using line items). 
6. Click Record Cash Sale.
